Soo flavorful spring rolls are not your typical but still so delicious. Wor wonton soup was delicious as well as the chicken pho. Frequently coming here!

I had a wonderful dinner with my family. We ordered three delicious meals each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The dining room was impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. But it's not a great place for bigger parties with five or more people. The bathrooms were well-maintained which is always a plus. The service was exceptional and attentive and incredibly helpful, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. They also change the menu prices it now has a cash price and card price for each menu item and drinks. I think the difference was maybe $.25 or $.30 between the cash and card price.

At first, I was a bit lost looking for this place because I couldn't see "Nam Van" On the sign. Glad I found it. This is comfort food at its finest. I can't wait to go back and try their pho! We ordered to go. The staff was very nice and generous with their sauce packets and made sure we had everything we needed. The place looked very clean and organized as well. We got fried rice, shrimp chow mein & shrimp spring rolls. Everything was amazing and so flavorful. E will be coming back soon!(:

Noodle Cafe in Sparks is a hidden treasure. It has fantastic Pho, great broth, and lots of healthy choices. Thank you to Eli for excellent service, Tony and Tan for asking if we would like more broth for our Pho. Yes please! Nice atmosphere, great food, fair prices. Loved it. Julie A

Service was quick and food was fresh. The amount of rice noodle to fresh veggies (cucumber, lettuce, bean sprouts) was a bit overwhelming but the really odd part was it looked like someone made rice noodles and then cut them to be the size of rice??? Doesn't change the taste of dish but was not what I was expecting or wanting.

This place is so friendly and with fast service! I love their cookie crumble boba! No place in town has that flavor.

I have been a customer here at this particular Vietnamese/ Chinese restaurant for over a decade. Now my kids ask me to bring them here for a quick bite or their boba fix on a hot day. Two things that are a must try here is their lavender hot tea with steamed milk and their Vietnamese coffee hot or iced. If you do order iced, try the coffee jelly for an extra kick. I'm a sucker for good coffee and this one hits the spot every single time. Food and service has always been consistently good here. Their prices have continued to go up, but portions have gotten smaller. Not a very big dining room, but there are a few larger tables to accommodate larger parties, a few 4 tops and 2 tops. Restaurant is clean and no complaints about the restroom in that regard; I just wish there was another. Even when the dining room has been full, it's not crazy loud! I appreciate quieter places these days.

I have always seen this cafe and found that they sell pho and boba! If only I knew, I would have came and tried them earlier. The price of the actual drink is a lot cheaper than most places. The boba part is where it's more expensive than most places. I got the Hazelnut Milk Tea with boba. The hazelnut flavor is good. The boba is softer than I would like, but it is still good. We ordered the Pork and Shrimp spring roll. It came with a side of peanut sauce. The spring roll was delicious! Definitely recommend. The we got two bowls of pho with different meats. The broth is not as flavorful as I would like, but the noodles are good. It is not over or undercooked. The well-done brisket was sliced too think and too chewy. However, the other meats were alright. The service was quick. The place looked clean. When you come in, you can just order boba because that is what a lot of people I saw came in for. If you want to sit down for food, they let you pick wherever you want to sit. I would come back especially because it is so close to where I live.

I pass by this noodle place anytime I go shopping on Los Altos. Their customer service is good 4/5. They have plenty of seating. Their parking is convenient. The food is tasty! The flame broiled pork was delicious. The crab rangoons had a nice amount of filling and also had a very nice crisp to it. I would definitely come back again.
